Read-and-Listen Orientation
Ten-part applicant orientation based on the integrated Registry prototype.
1. The Embassy and Network
UATEI coordinates common administrative functions while participating families and member bodies retain their internal identity and records.
2. People of the Record
The Registry is evidentiary rather than a racial sign-up list. Documentary continuity is the central question.
3. Family / Truba Portal
A temporary family portal begins at pre-registration and becomes an approved institutional family record after review.
4. Documentary Genealogy
Genealogy is built through source records and relationship evidence. The record should stop where the evidence stops.
5. Privacy and Security
Sensitive identity, genealogy and evidence records require role-based access and protected storage.
6. Membership
Foundational UATEI membership is free. Optional supporting participation and paid services are separate choices.
7. Services
Optional services may include genealogy research, credentials, verification and other administrator-created services.
8. Trade
Approved members may access trade, wholesale, imported products and community purchasing programs.
9. Credentials
Organizational credentials verify UATEI institutional records; they do not automatically create outside governmental status.
10. Consent and Review
Privacy, legislative support, Covenant participation and other relationships are recorded as separate consents and approvals.
